My experience as a Java tutor and a teacher's assistant further showcases my commitment to education and my ability to connect with and guide students. Balancing a rigorous academic schedule with diverse extracurriculars, my personal journey has inspired me to advocate for greater understanding and support for teens facing similar challenges.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease as a teenager. This diagnosis significantly impacted my life—from how I ate and socialized to how I felt about myself. What I quickly realized was that most people, including my friends and teachers, had very little understanding of what living with Crohn's truly meant.
